What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund. You can also contact us by clicking the chat icon at the bottom of the screen.
Are there any items I can’t return?
Most items available for purchase on our site are eligible to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
An item received for $0 with the purchase of another item cannot be returned or exchanged. The color of $0 items cannot be guaranteed.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Honeywell 50-Pint Energy Star Dehumidifier
- Honeywell 70-Pint Energy Star Dehumidifier (Wi-Fi and non-Wi-Fi models)
- Products received for free, as a gift with purchase, or as a “buy-one-get-one” purchase
For JuiceBox electric vehicle chargers, returns must have prior authorization from Customer Support. Please contact us and be ready to supply the JuiceNet ID if available.
Will you provide a shipping label for my return?
For most scenarios, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
If I return a product that was purchased using only Reward Dollars, how will I be refunded?
If you return a product that was purchased using Reward Dollars, the amount for the product cost and tax (shipping cost is excluded) will be issued back to your account in Reward Dollar credits.
When will I receive my credit?
Once we have received your returned product and verified that all parts and the product packaging are intact, we will issue a refund to your card within one business day. Please note that depending on your credit card company, a refund credit can take 7-10 business days to appear on your card statement.
What if I receive the wrong product?
