True HEPA Filters, which captures 99.97% of airborne particles and impurities as small as 0.03 microns, including mold spores, germs, viruses, pollen, dust mites, most airborne particles and allergies; 3. AeraSafe Antimicrobial Treatment, which features built-in protection from the growth of odor-causing bacteria, mildew and fungi on the True HEPA Filter; and 4. PlasmaTRUE Technology, which safely reduces airborne particles at the molecular level, instantly neutralizing germs and viruses in the air.

Highest Level of Air Protection
A good home air purifier should include multiple levels of filtration to ensure cleaner air. The best HEPA filter air purifier safely removes 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, including pollen, ragweed and other allergens, viruses, germs, dust mites, mold spores, pet dander and cigarette smoke. Selecting an air purifier with this filter ensures the highest performance for cleaning indoor air. Anyone with allergies will also find the True HEPA helpful for reducing the symptoms during allergy season.
Treated filters offer extra clean air by protecting the filter itself with antimicrobial treatment. These special filters provide built-in protection from the growth of odor-causing bacteria, mildew and fungi on the True HEPA filter itself. Carbon filters are the final level of protection by reducing household odors.
The best air purifiers should be easy to use. Fellowes AeraMax Air Purifiers all feature user-friendly touch screen dashboards. You can easily operate and monitor the air you breathe from the single control panel.
Smart Air Purifying
The Fellowes AeraMax features the AeraSmart Sensor. This smart device monitors the air quality constantly and automatically adjusts the fan speed to changing indoor air conditions. With AeraMax, you never have to make adjustments on your own.
Air Quality Indicators
How do you know when the air in the room needs cleaning? AeraMax Air Purifiers show you different levels of air dirtiness. Watch the screen as lights change from blue to amber to red, indicating the air quality conditions. This special feature helps you identify if certain factors are causing the indoor air quality to change. For example, an open window during the spring may be letting in large quantities of pollen. Your AeraMax will tell you.
If you purchase an air purifier to fight allergies, then AeraMax is designed for you. The DX55 and D95 models of AeraMax feature an Aera+ Mode which enhances the air cleaning performance for peak allergy season and cold and flu season.
Filter Change Alerts
AeraMax Air Purifiers tell you when it’s time to change your filter. Look to your dashboard to tell you when you have a dirty filter. For optimal performance, replace the True HEPA Filter when the HEPA Filter indicator has changed to red or approximately every 12 months under normal usage conditions.
These AeraMax Air Purifiers have a four-speed fan with an ultra-quiet operation that is ideal for 24 hours use.
